Dive into a world of strategy, luck, and friendly competition with our exciting array of card and board games. Test your luck and concentration in Bingo, where nine thrilling games unfold, and the third Wednesday of each month is Toonie night. Card Elimination, a monthly challenge, requires a loonie and 10 quarters for participation, with special toonie nights. Engage in the fast-paced and social 8 Cards Bid Euchre on Friday evenings, a game that promises fun and relaxed competition. Explore the rhythmic and lively sessions of Samba.

Bid Euchre

A fun and relaxed game of Bid Euchre played on Friday evening. Arrive by 6:30 to start at 6:45 sharp! No need to come in pairs. Please bring $1.

Bingo

Ten games played every Wednesday evening. Each book (3 cards per game) costs $5.00. Books go on sale at 6:15 p.m. and the games start at 7:00 p.m.

Bridge

 We play contract bridge on Thursday evenings. 7-9 pm. All players are welcome, even beginners. Instruction sheets and practice tables are available. Usually we have two or three tables of four players.

Card Elimination

To play you have to bring the following coins: 1 loonie – 10 quarters. Every last Saturday of the month is toonie night (1 toonie and 10 quarters)

Cribbage

We play cribbage every Monday evening  7-9 pm. All players are welcome, even beginners.

Euchre

We play euchre every Tuesday at 7 p.m. New players always welcome.

Poker

Dealer’s Choice: numerous different games are played on Monday evenings from 6:45 to around 9 p.m.

Samba

A choice of two relaxed sessions (Wed or Fri) of 

samba cards. New members are accepted by just showing up in the cards room of the Recreation Centre. Bring $1. Teaching is available.

Texas Hold’em

Played every other Sunday evening. A mixed activity open to all levels of experience. Play begins at 7:00 p.m., register by 6:45 p.m. The initial buy in is $5.00 with an option to rebuy another $5.00 if all your chips are lost before 7:40 p.m.
